    Really good video. I pass by these communities all the time and never knew much about some of them. Glad I found this channel. What do you think about the The Hills of Kingswood development? Seems that, Fields, Stonebriar (121 and DNT) and Starwood are the premier communities for those with more money than they know what to do with.

      I really like The Hills of Kingswood. The view is unbelievable. Most don't know it is there.

    Hi Tiffany, great Video here and a great place as well, is there a house available in Fields under 700K.. thanks

      No, but I could get you a townhome around $715K if that would work! It will still have great equity once Field's West is built.

    Must be nice to have money to build a second home. We built in Union Park and feel that our home will also build some equity with all the development around the area, including that of the fields and universal.

      It absolutely will. Union Park is amazing. I just had clients buy in there:)

    Should I say this:
    How do other Collin and Denton counties Neighborhoods Compare to it?

    • @lifeindallasfortworth
      @lifeindallasfortworth  2 месяца назад

      I think there are so really great neighborhoods all over collin and denton counties. This one will just be unique because we don't have anything close to what Fields West will be once its built around the area. So, it creates a very unique experience and is also the reason it will have such a huge equity run. Let me know if you want more neighborhoods to research:)

    You didn't say the name of neighborhood number 2.

    I like The Fields but it looks like a lot of the builders, at least in Brookside, are building to completely fill the plot leaving not a lot of room between houses making them essentially over priced townhomes. And with no backyard for the pups. I know that's not every lot but still kind of disappointing.

      Yes, the lots are different sizes and come at different price points. It is a more expensive area because of the PGA and The Preserve. One home just sold in The Preserve for 45 million dollars. There are 10 feet between most of the houses in Brookside South. I live here and love it. The events and activities alone are so much fun that they plan for the community. I live here for the future equity. So, 'feeling close' doesn't bother me because buying a house has multiple layers to me and one of those layers is financial gain...and you won't see this type of equity again in DFW. I will take close neighbors for 3-5 years to make a TON of equity:)

      I agree. I don't know why there's windows on the side of your house. There's no view. I live in Hollyhock and I'm still trying to figure out the window situation.
